PrepMate Original Kit - Stainless/Pro
Metro's PrepMate Original Kits feature (1) order number that includes the PrepMate Unit with Cutting Board, Knife Holder, (2) Magic Rings, Cutting Board Holder and a Pan Holder. Additional accessories are available and must be ordered separately. NSF Listed.
This unit features (1) stainless steel solid shelf and (1) Super Erecta Pro Hybrid Mat shelf with the above accessories in (4) size options, each with five working height adjustments ranging from 35-1/8" to 39-1/8".
Load Rating: Multi-Rails: 800 lbs (363kg) per set*; Shelving: 800 lbs (363kg) each; Casters: 220 lbs each (100kg); Static System: 800 lbs (363kg).
*Multi-Rails are capable of holding 800 lbs evenly distributed on an 18"x24" work surface of sufficient strength centered in the unit.
