Metro Super Erecta Shelves open-wire design minimizes dust accumulation, allows a free circulation of air and greater visibility of stored items.  These shelves can be repositioned at precise 1" (25mm) increments along the length of the SiteSelect Posts, order posts and shelves separately. Each shelf includes (1) bag of split sleeves (catalog no. 9985).

Shelves are available in 14", 18", 21" and 24" (355, 457, 530, 610mm) depths and 24", 30", 36", 42", 48", 54", 60" and 72" (610, 760, 914, 1066, 1220, 1370, 1524, 1829mm) lengths, Metroseal 3 finish. (Note: size 14" x 54" is not available).  For 30" or 36" (760 or 914mm) deep shelves, see Super Wide/Super Erecta shelves.

The load capacity (evenly distributed) for shelf lengths up to 48" is 800 lbs. (363kg) and for shelf lengths 54" and longer is 600 lbs. (272kg).

The Metro® MetroSeal 3 Finish is a multi-layer corrosion resistant finish consisting of a proprietary cross linked thermoset epoxy enhanced with Microban antimicrobial protection over a zinc chromate coating. Metroseal 3 with Microban provides protection from bacteria, mold, mildew, and fungi build-up that may cause odor, stains, and product degradation, while displaying excellent abrasion, gouge, and chemical resistance properties. Metroseal 3 is intended for use in damp locations and has a 12-year limited warranty against rust formation.
